My case was very complicated. I owned a couple of businesses and had been having IRS issues for over a decade. Some of the money was owed to them but they did not credit me for over $100,000 that I paid to them years ago. In the fall of 2016 I started getting notices that they were going to levy my assets. My only option was bankruptcy. I went to a number of different attorneys and most said to just do a chapter 7. My house and business might be forfeited. I was referred to Matt and we discussed my options. The short story is that while it did take about a year for everything to get resolved, Matt was able to negotiate with the IRS and my other creditors and make a plan that will enable me to pay everything off and still keep my house and business. I saved about $250,000. Thanks Matt. You were able to resolve a situation that I thought I would never be out from under.
